R\u00f6hrenw\u00e4rmetauscher unterliegen w\u00e4hrend ihrer Betriebszeit h\u00e4ufig einer Erosion der Eintrittsrohrenden.<\/p>\n

Diese Erosion tritt auf den ersten paar Zoll des Rohrendes auf und reduziert die Rohrwand oft so stark, dass das Rohr verschlossen werden muss. Durch die Installation einer metallischen Rohrh\u00fclse durch den erodierten Bereich des Rohrendes werden die Auswirkungen dieser Erosion gemildert, sodass das Rohr wieder in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Dies verl\u00e4ngert die Lebensdauer des W\u00e4rmetauschers und verz\u00f6gert den kostspieligen Austausch der Rohre oder B\u00fcndel.<\/p>\n

Umh\u00fcllen kann auch in einem Programm implementiert werden, um zuvor verstopfte Rohre wiederzugewinnen und die Austauscheroberfl\u00e4che zu vergr\u00f6\u00dfern.<\/p>\n

Rohrmanschetten aus Metall k\u00f6nnen mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Rohraufweitern oder Hydra-Loc-Hydraulikaufweitungstechniken von EST installiert werden.<\/p>\n

H\u00fclsen dehnen sich in engen Kontakt mit dem Wirtsrohr aus. Metallische H\u00fclsen lassen sich leichter entfernen als eingeklebte Kunststoffh\u00fclsen.<\/p>\n
