Deze machine, intern gemonteerd, heeft een werkbereik van 356 mm (14&quot;) tot 1143 mm (45&quot;) en beschikt ook over vier continue voedingssnelheden. De montagevoeten zijn er in twee maten en hebben micro-verstelbare pads om de voet snel uit te lijnen tijdens de installatie. Een enkele pneumatische motor van 3 kW (4 pk) drijft de draaitafel, de verstelbare arm en de opstelling van de gereedschapspaal aan.<\/p>\n<p>Basisring<\/p>\n<p>De montagevoeten voor de machine worden geleverd in twee maten om maximale stabiliteit over het hele bewerkingsbereik te garanderen. De sokkels worden opgesteld met behulp van de meegeleverde kloktorenstang, om de sokkel precies te centraliseren en waterpas te zetten. Een basis wordt evenwijdig aan de flens afgesteld door vier micro-precisie-pads. Het heeft een afneembare paspen die in een geharde bus past, waardoor de machine net zo nauwkeurig wordt gepositioneerd als de basis is ingesteld.<\/p>\n<p>Aandrijfnaaf montage<\/p>\n<p>Een luchtmotor van 2,61 kW (3,5 pk) bevindt zich in de aandrijfnaaf, die voldoende vermogen levert om lasnaden, boutgaten en meer exotische materialen zoals roestvrij staal aan te pakken. De machine is verrassend stil, aangezien de uitlaat door de boring wordt afgevoerd en door de carrosserie wordt gedempt.<\/p>\n<p>Aandrijving Versnellingsbak<\/p>\n<p>De veelzijdigheid van deze machine is een direct gevolg van het gebruik van de Silk versnellingsbak met 4 versnellingen. De arm wordt op de zwaluwstaart geklemd en op geharde kussens gedrukt om de nauwkeurigheid te behouden.
